Gvantsa Aspanidze

Gvantsa Aspanidze graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor of Law in 2019 and a Master of Law in 2021. Gvantsa Aspanidze has had experience as a Lawyer/Legal Support for a private company in the car industry. She is an Advocate specializing in Civil Law at the Georgian Bar Association, a role she has held since November 2021.

Gvantsa’s dedication to the legal profession is evident in her experience. In her current role, she is involved in establishing/implementing legal risk minimization management systems, preparing legal documentation, internal acts, contract drafts, and correspondence within her competence, and representing the organization in court when necessary. Her previous experience includes working as a junior lawyer for a private companies in Medical industry, where she provided legal support and consultations to structural units, prepared company documents, and represented the company in state and private institutions. She also has internship experience as an assistant lawyer, where she prepared documentation for court/arbitration disputes and administrative proceedings and participated in ongoing court proceedings. Additionally, she interned at a city court, preparing necessary documentation for court proceedings and participating in ongoing disputes.

Gvantsa is multilingual, fluent in Georgian (C2), English (B2), and Russian (B1). She is also proficient in various computer programs including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
