Sopiko Gogoladze

Sopiko Gogoladze, holds an LLB – Bachelor of Law from the University of Georgia (December 2020)  and an LLM, Master of Business Law (Tax Concentration) from Free University of Tbilisi (December 2024). She also completed an LLB-Bachelor of Law (Exchange Program) at the University of Łódź in June 2020. She is expected to receive her Certified Business Administrator (CBA) from Free University of Tbilisi in March 2025. Sopiko Gogoladze has also worked as a Senior Lawyer at TBC Insurance JSC since. Sopiko’s dedication to the legal profession is demonstrated through her comprehensive experience in various legal roles. As a Senior Lawyer at TBC Insurance JSC, she advises on corporate governance issues, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations , represents the company in legal disputes and develops strategies to minimize risks , collaborates on developing and implementing ESG policies , advocates for customer rights by interpreting and applying consumer protection laws , ensures compliance with data protection regulations , and manages trademark registration processes.

Prior to her current role, Sopiko served as a Registrar of the Public Registry at Index LLC from April 2021 , where she oversaw the registration process of records and provided legal consultation to clients. Her paralegal experience includes roles at Transmsheni JSC (March 2019 – December 2019), where she supported legal research and documentation and engaged with clients , the Coalition of  Non-Governmental Organizations of Georgia (September 2018 – January 2019), where she supported legal research and engaged with clients , and Marika Arevadze Lawyers Group LLC (January 2018 – January 2019), where she assisted attorneys in case preparation and maintained organized case files. Additionally, she was an Officer in the Secretary General’s Department at ELSA (The European Law Students’ Association) from February 2019 to December 2019, coordinating events and assisting in drafting policy papers. Sopiko is multilingual, with native proficiency in Georgian, highly proficient in English. She possesses strong legal expertise in Corporate Law, Litigation, ESG Compliance, Consumer Protection, Data Privacy, and Trademark Registration. Her technical proficiencies include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) , and she has strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
