Elene Kikalia has over five years of professional experience in banking law, regulatory compliance, and financial services. As a Senior Lawyer and Compliance Officer, Elene possesses in-depth knowledge of legal matters within the financial sector. Her practice encompasses assessing legal risks, developing compliance policies, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial and partnership agreements.

Elene’s career features a successful track record at Georgia’s leading financial institutions. Serving as a Leading Lawyer at PASHA Bank Georgia, she provided legal support in regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and employment law. At Bank of Georgia, she ensured the protection of the bank’s interests in commercial disputes and court proceedings. In the earlier stages of her career, Elene provided corporate legal consulting to Synergy – Capital Growth Company, advising on financial and business law matters.
